I've been wrong all along!

The truth is I've been wrong, yes I admit it, wrong. I was wrong in thinking that the art of Pointilism was what I was creating but, the truth is I wasn't creating art via the Pointilism technique, nope not at all. In reality I was actually creating art via the Stippling technique! I know right, go figure. Well let me explain. Pointilism is an art form or technique when the artist creates (that would be me) a painting using nothing but dots, did you just say DOTS! Yes dots, but that Isn't the half of it. Pointillism is called such because the dots are all done in color. Who here is familiar with the pioneer of Pointilism George Seurat? Most famous for his painting titled "Sunday afternoon on the Island of La Grand Jatte". Yes indeed true believer's, dots all 976 billion of them! Just kidding, I just thought I would throw amount in there for fun, however it is one of the questions I'm often ask. Now, this leaves us with Stippling. If you haven't guessed it yet (or unlike me you probably knew this already) stippling is the same as Pointilism when it comes to creating art, the only difference is that stippling is done in Black and White! In my case I work with pen and ink. I started out using Crow Quill pens, but I've put the dark ages behind me and I'm now using Rapid Graph pens, a little more on my travels concerning my pen usage on another day. Okay, now we know, or better yet now I know.
